countdown: our wedding is in 20 days! our RSVP date was yesterday. this whole process was a pain in the butt, but it's just about done. there were some ppl who didn't send in their responses... and there were some of my parents' friends who cancelled after saying they could come. i think that's even more irritating. in the end, we sent out 98 invitations, including our families. the count right now is 156 or 157 ppl. (seriously, i can't keep track anymore b/c of all the changes.) we're still missing one of tim's friends who didn't send in the RSVP and also hasn't responded to tim's attempt to reach him. i'm marking him as a no. now it's time to finish those place cards. i'm handwriting them, and it's not like we have an unlimited supply of them, so that's another reason it pisses me off when ppl cancel... i have to redo their card! grrr. i can't wait for this wedding planning stuff to be over and i can return to my normal life.
