countdown: our wedding is in 36 days!

i had my first french manicure today at spa julianna. actually it was my first manicure, period. i looked into both this place and a spa in the mall. this place is quite a bit pricier at $65 including 15% tip. but i had someone recommend this place, so i figured why not. it turns out though, that the manicure comes w/ the paraffin treatment, so after asking around, i've decided it's not that pricey after all. (ok, i know, maybe i'm delusional.)

the reason i got it was b/c i'm planning on getting a french manicure for the wedding, but i wanted to see if i liked it first. i have very oval nail bases, and i've noticed that while most ppl cut their nails more straight across, i prefer mine rounded. i've tried cutting them straighter, but to be honest, they just look retarded that way... rounded at the bases, straight at the end. but i liked the french manicure! the only thing i might do for the wedding is ask for a creamier pink. :)
